Makes 16 small or 9 large brownies:
1 cup walnuts
2 cups medjool dates, chopped
⅔ cup hemp seeds
⅓ cup raw cacao powder
½ tsp fleur de sel
Line a 16-16 cm (14 or 15cm for thicker brownies) baking pan with parchment paper.
Place the walnuts, hemp seeds and medjool dates into the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides. Add the fleur de sel, and pulse to combine.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top, and press down.
Place in the fridge for a few hours to firm. Remove the brownies from the pan and cut into squares. Sprinkle with some extra hemp seeds and cacao powder if desired. Enjoy!
